Locating the Treasure Hunt in El Este
To begin this challenge, players must head to the scenic region of Sierra Perdida, located within the larger El Este province. Specifically, your destination is the small, cliffside community known as Felicidad Village. Look for a distinctive orange ribbon and a clipboard container attached to a wall to officially start the quest.
Reading the note left behind by the older generation of guerrillas provides critical context for your objective. It explains that a valuable stash has been locked away to protect it from the military regime. To unlock the building housing the rewards, you must follow a series of power lines to activate three separate switches hidden around the village area.
Tracking Down the Three Power Switches
The first switch is located inside a small wooden shack positioned directly up the hill from the starting point. The front door is securely locked from the inside, preventing direct entry. Players need to navigate around to the back window and shoot the lock off the door to gain access and flip the circuit breaker.
Finding the second switch requires you to follow the black cables extending toward a nearby house with an open rooftop. Climb up the exterior scaffolding to reach the upper level where the second breaker box is attached to a wooden post. Interact with it to activate the second portion of the electrical grid.
The final switch is hidden inside a concrete structure near the lower section of the village. The entrance is blocked by large yellow boards that must be broken using a melee attack or explosives. Once the debris is cleared, step inside to flip the final lever and restore full power to the main objective building.
Unlocking the Guerilla Stash and Claiming Rewards
With all three switches successfully activated, the main stash house will now have a glowing green light above the entrance door. Return to the center of Felicidad Village and step inside the newly opened room. A large chest sits prominently on the table, waiting to be looted by the new generation.
Opening this special chest rewards Dani Rojas with a powerful tier-4 weapon known as the SPAS-12 shotgun. This weapon features excellent close-quarters damage capabilities and useful mod slots for late-game combat situations. Additionally, players receive standard resource components and experience points toward their overall guerrilla rank.
